“Great hostel”

Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds! And in a lovely little town. Only two showers, but the times I wanted to shower they were both available so it didn’t cause any problems.

The Sando Guesthouse was the best hostel in 4 weeks; a great place, a warm welcome, friendly staff and guests, no noise in the dorm, extremely nice wooden furniture, very clean and if you head for breakfast: the Café is wonderful too! Besides, it is a very charming village, too.

Loved our double bed, it was very comfortable. The shared shower was quite good.

It does the job, is clean and the people are nice. Coffee from the cafe is cheap and good!

Very friendly staff. Great location right above the cafe and near the temple. Bicycle friendly which was appreciated. Very welcoming atmosphere. We had the family room, lots of space for the four of us to spread out.

Very clean rooms that are simple and still cosy. Shared toilets and showers are all clean and nice. Nice little kitchen that has all you might need and great shared spaces. Friendly staff. Storage for the bikes. Lovely and cosy vibe all-over.

It had everything you need for a stop on the Shimanami Kaido, shower, laundry, the booths in the dorm were fairy spacious and I couldn't complain about the beds.

I got a single room and it had its own ac unit. The bed and pillow was comfy. There were enough wall jacks as well. The breakfast was awesome!

Great guesthouse on a lovely island. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Incredibly clean and a really nice place to be. Sunset at the port was amazing.

Very comfortable family room. Good dinner in the café. It made us regret we could not taste the breakfast :-) (the café was closed).

“A hostel with the convenience of a hotel!”

Clean and spacious hostel with everything you need - towels, toothpaste, ear plugs, hairdryer - at no extra cost. They also have a washing machine and tumble dryer for a very small notional fee, exactly what we needed arriving at the hostel soaking wet from the cycle.
