Quiet, well appointed & charming in good location.

“Iluka stay”

This was our second stay and we will be booking again. It's a very comfortable apartment with a lovely outdoor space overlooking a garden, It is private and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is within walking distance of river, shops, ferry, cafes, club and pub. Basics and the thoughtful extras supplied is a lovely touch.

Really homely private space. Couldn’t have been better catered for. Great selection of books. Loveed learning about the history of Illuka.

What was not to like, a very spacious, clean and well positioned unit. The owner Kerrie, was on the premises and "walked" us through the lane entrance and parking, met us at the back, assisted us with getting in, even carrying a bag for us. Plenty of warm bedding and beautifully quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Iluka, NSW with privacy.

Clean, good location, decent value for money

Everything: great location, beach vibe living, well appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces including a fabulous outdoor area, super service and incredibly welcoming owners, who went out of their way to make our experience the best.

The property was clean, the hosts were lovely and the location was phenomenal. Booking.com makes it a little difficult with their terrible messaging system, but contacting the hosts was easy. Kerri was extremely helpful and made our stay extremely comfortable.

Fabulous Cosy accommodation better than the photos the outdoor fire was amazing and so good to be able to sit outside in the evenings. john and Kerri are very welcoming and went out of there way to make our stay 😉 enjoyable lots of stories shared. really good parking area with plenty of room and a very comfortable bed. lots of lovely extras in the fridge for us and loved the raisin and but bread. highly recommend this accommodation

“A fabulous place to stay”

A delightful haven of peace and comfort. The accommodation had everything we needed including items to prepare lovely breakfasts. The kitchen was really well equipped. Tasteful design, executed to a high standard throughout, made it such a lovely place to be. The outdoor seating and dining area was a great bonus. We wish we had stayed here earlier in our 6 week tour of NSW as we would have rearranged our itinerary to return and stay longer. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Apartment is at rear of main house with own entry, it's private, clean, very well equipped and with a comfortable bed and relaxing outside sitting area. As well as the basics it was very nice to have extras supplied - muslie, milk, fruit, coffee beans, fruit bread, chocolate. Within walking distance of everything in Iluka. Kerrie was a great host, we loved our stay.
