1. Convenient location: Easy access to public transportation made exploring the area a breeze. 2. Reasonable room size: The room was comfortable and spacious enough for my needs. 3. Prompt maintenance: The maintenance staff responded quickly to my requests. 4. Affordable: The room rate was reasonable considering the location and amenities.

“MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT”

WE HAD A VERY EARLY FLIGHT FROM MANILA TO ILOILO SO OUR STAFF, WHOM I BOOKED THIS ROOM FOR, GOT THERE AT AROUND 7AM. I UNDERSTAND IF THEY CANNOT CHECK-IN YET, BUT THE GUARD DIDN'T ALLOW THEM TO STAY IN THE PREMISES. THEY WERE INFORMED THAT THEY CAN ONLY STAY IN THE LOBBY FOR 30 MINS. I FIND IT RIDICULOUS THAT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE AN AREA WHERE PEOPLE WHO GOT THERE AHEAD OF TIME CAN WAIT TO BE CHECKED-IN. I TEXTED AND CALLED THE OWNER (CONTACT # IN THE BOOKING) TO NO AVAIL. IT'S A GOOD THING THAT MY HUSBAND AND I WERE BOOKED AT THE SEDA SO WE MADE OUR STAFF STAY THERE WITH US WHILE WAITING. SOME TIME BEFORE LUNCH, SOMEONE CALLED AND SAID THAT THEY WERE ASKED BY THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME. HE PROMISED TO GET THE ROOM READY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WHEN MY STAFF WENT BACK TO THE PLACE AT AROUND 2PM, THEY WERE BROUGHT TO THE ROOM, BUT IT WAS STILL A MESS. I WISH I COULD ATTACH A VIDEO HERE SO YOU CAN SEE HOW KADIRI IT WAS. YEAH, I GET THAT CHECK-IN IS AT 3PM, BUT WHY DID YOU LET THEM ENTER THE ROOM WHEN IT HASN'T BEEN CLEANED YET. MY STAFF ALSO SENT ME AN AUDIO OF THE NOISY AIR CONDITION AND NOT EVERYTHING IN THE LIST OF AMENITIES WAS PROVIDED. TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNER IS FUTILE BECAUSE SHE NEVER ANSWERS/RESPONDS. WHAT A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!

Just had a little hiccup but they were able to sort it out and was able to get our keys.

Great location. Easy to get to everything you would want to see in the city. The flat was nice and clean and perfect for a couple looking to explore in Iloilo City

Very clean. The unit is very new. Everything inside is new, clean, and in order. The swimming pool of the condominium is excellent ( No one is using it except me!) I was able to do my laps.

We had a comfortable stay. Complete information was given after the booking confirmation for our convenience. Staff is also accommodating.

POOR STANDARD... numerous messages from landlord suggesting how i could assist in keeping the apartment clean ... which it was not on my arrival

The unit was exactly how it was posted clean and compact and furnished. Super comfy, guarded and with lift. The host made sure that since we are arriving late sent out the check in instructions ahead of time. Super appreciated . Walking instructions to the unit. Taxi from airport to tower 2 was easy peasy. everything was laid out to us in detail. Thank you host. Thank you booking.com 10/10

The place is very good! The house is new and modern. But the cleaning quality is very poor! Old dust is everywhere on the shelves. There is dirty water in the kitchen sink. Packages and wrappers from past visitors are everywhere. The washbasin is dirty from the outside. The window has not been washed once since the beginning. Bed linen with stains. Poorly washed or not changed?
