Merely the location of the bldg. Otherwise, there's nothing good to mention about this unit. It's the TOTAL OPPOSITE of what I expected from the bldg as it was described as one of luxurious condo in the neighborhood. THIS UNIT DIDN'T DO WELL AS THE BLDG DESCRIBED! TOTAL RIPPED OFF!

The bed is really comfy, and I love that there’s a kitchen since I cook my own food. The unit is on the 10th floor with a pool view, plus you can also see Festive Walk and McDonald’s from here. Best part—it’s walking distance to everything within Megaworld.

I worked a few metres from the place, so it was very convenient for me. The room was clean and had a pool view.

A lovely & well presented good sized flat. The Location is absolutely brilliant. Everything you need for a short break or holiday is provided for you. We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful city of love.

Its nice that the place is closer to Festive Walk. The owner is very responsive to our request. She is very accomodating and friendly.
