We are guest there last May 19 to April 19, 2024. Our expectation was met in terms of security, cleanliness , facilities. Locations of vicinity is nearby shopping malls especially Mega world, Festive mall, near Molo Church and across is Iloilo Esplanade where you can walk and enjoy the surroundings. WIFI connection is strong and Air conditioning helps a lot during our summer stay. Water is sufficient and the place is complete with cooking and utensils stuff. The host is easy to be reach out. I keep recommending this place to my friends who are looking for place to stay when they go for vacation in Iloilo City. I will be happy to book this place again in my next vacation:)

Everything is excellent. Location is great as it's close to Plazuela, SM Iloilo, Other side of Esplanade, Atria, Molo Church, Molo Mansion, a 7-11 just right outside to cater to emergency needs. Airport is just 30mins away and lesser if without traffic . Owner and the contact person is so accommodating, easy to talk with and always helpful. Facilities are complete - stove with pots, pans complete with dining and cooking utensils, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, tv, ref, Aircon and even provided towels, toiletries and complimentary water and coffee Unit is clean, smells nice and very well kept. Definitely worth it, it's value for money and would love to recommend. We would love to come back too 🥰

“Best location in iloilo”
The apartment was spotlessly clean. And had everything we needed. The location is near too the shopping malls and restaurants. Right next too the river. Wonderful for a family holiday.

“Great location, cozy and comfortable”
The rooms are so cozy and comfortable, and the apartment had a kitchenette which was helpful. Overall comfortable stay for 3 to 4 people. The owners were very communicative and we were really close to the Esplanade and Molo Plaza, which was a huge plus.
