A simple and modern apartment. Recently built and very well organized. spacious rooms, plenty of kitchen tools and such, very clean. 10000 bonus points for the outdoor space: small veranda and small garden on the canal. parking spot right in front of the entrance. Perfect place also for bike tours. Host sent us very clear info for everything. keep in mind that the apartment is in a small town, so there's almost nothing in the vicinity.

Nice location with a pretty river flowing directly behind the apartments. Both apartments were clean, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend and recommend staying here as it's absolutely perfect for anyone wishing to visit this beautiful area. The owner was friendly and helpful. Extremely good value for families.

“A very pleasant stay”
We had a very pleasant stay at Bords de l'Ill. The holiday flat was very well equipped and spotless clean. A very nice and relaxing place. We found it particularly useful that in nearby Guemar there is a Boulangerie and a small shop that are open on Sunday morning. The host Herve is very friendly and helpful. He speaks German and English, and even some Russian. We accidentally left a charger for a mobile phone at the property. It was found by the cleaning lady, and Herve most kindly sent it to us to England by mail.

“This is a place to unwind and relax, surrounded by water, clean air and bird song.”
They location on the banks of the Ill is delightful and the property is designed along clean lines so that although it’s small we felt able to relax there for a week. Illhaeusern is a very attractive little village with amazing dining opportunities!
