The Mas St. Joseph bed and breakfast is situated in an 18th century monastery in Ille-sur-Têt just 25 km from Perpignan. The property features a pool and terrace with views of the countryside. Rooms are traditionally decorated and feature a satellite TV and an en suite shower room. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. Continental breakfast is served daily including fruit, cereal and yogurt as well as fresh bread and pastries. A cooked breakfast and a fixed menu dinner can be made on request. Lovely quaint peaceful spot to relax and see the region. Owners were so warm and welcoming, keen to help with travel plans and also very accomodating of our change of plans last minute. Highly recommend a stay here!

Unfailing hospitality and friendliness of our hosts! And the beautifully converted farmhouse is is pretty much in the middle of an orchard. Very well placed for exploring the Pyrenees.

“Lovely b&b in a great region”
Mas St. Joseph is a wonderful bed and breakfast to relax and enjoy the region. It's well located between the mountains and the coast. Kate and Adrian were very friendly and were happy to give great tips about the region which they know a lot about. We felt very welcome. The room was spacious and clean. Pool and outside area are great too. Would definitely recommend.

We were very warmly welcomed. The personalized recommendations on what to do every day were so helpful. The hosts, Kate and Adrian, are knowledgeable and warm in every aspect. The house was amazing, the garden was heaven and the studio surpassing expectations. Kate's vegetarian cooking is something we'll remember for years to come!! Ille is the perfect base to start exploring the area and relaxing after a full day of doing just that. We'll definitely be coming back if we visit the area again!

“A special place!”
We really enjoyed our stay with Adrian, Kate, their two dogs Monty & Juno and the cuddly cat. We miss all of them already. The place is amazing, the house is very cosy, clean and stylish. Every morning we looked forward to the delcious breakfast. Also, near the b&b are a lot of nice places to explore. We have never felt so welcoming before. You have a special place in our heart and we can't wait coming back next year! :)

Deluxe Double Room with En Suite Bathroom
This room has exposed stone work and views of Mount Canigou (the sacred mountain of the Catalan people). It has a Queen size double bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. There is an en-suite shower room with a toilet.
Standard Double Room with En Suite Bathroom
The room has a sunny feel to it and is ideal as a quiet retreat from the world with its stunning views over the peach orchards to Les Aspres, the tree-covered hills to the South. The room contains a comfortable antique double bed and has a small en suite shower room and WC. Formerly hosting the abbot when the Mas was a monastery. Please note, due to safety reasons children under 12 years old cannot be accommodated in this property.
Deluxe Double or Twin Room with En Suite Bathroom
This luxury guest room has a spacious bedroom and large shower room with WC. There is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a Blu-Ray DVD player. The south-facing aspect makes the room very light and airy. The room can be configured either with luxury King size double or twin beds.
King Suite
The pool with a view is the standout feature of this suite. This suite features 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The air-conditioned suite features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine, a seating area, a wardrobe as well as garden views. The unit has 2 beds.
Family Studio
Located on the top floor of the Mas, the self-catering Studio Catalan has views to both Canigou and Les Aspres and has a mezzanine with 2 single beds and a futon bed. An additional sofa bed is located in the main room. It features a compact shower room with toilets, a dining table and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, electric kettle, an induction hob but no oven. There is a wide-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player as well as a pull down cinema screen and ceiling mounted digital projector. The room also has a small library and a comfortable sofa.
