Spacious, cozy, clean, comfortable apartment, equipped with everything needed. The host was very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable parking, good location with easy access to all the destinations. Nice garden and veranda. Highly recommended!

It was the second stop on our honeymoon, and we really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was spacious and clean, we had a (small) front and back terrace and a little garden (with 2 sweet tortoises :) ), fully equipped kitchen and free private parking (a big thumbs up!!!). The location was a perfect "base camp" to travel around by car (parking lot in Lerici was only 5 minutes by car), but there is a bus stop too 2 minutes from the house. We could visit Lerici, La Spezia, Monterosso (Cinque Terre) and even Viareggio in the 2 days that we spent here, and it was always great to arrive back to this little apartment :) Jessica was very helpful, she gave us useful information about places, that were worth visiting. Also, they live in the same house on the second floor, so in case of any issue, they were there to help us.

A gorgeous property within walking distance to a supermarket, beaches and plenty of tasty restaurants, as well as a bus stop if you would like to explore more of the city. The property is well maintained, with a nice garden outside to enjoy the outdoors. There is a parking space if you intend to drive into the area. The host, Jess, is helpful and very friendly; speedy responses to all of our questions, easily accessible through WhatsApp all day and incredible suggestions for restaurants and attractions which we thoroughly enjoyed. There was even a folder of activities you could enjoy in La Spezia inside the apartment.

Nice and spacious, well-equipped apartment including a comfortable terrace and a nice little green garden. The host was extremely helpful and easily accessible. We felt really welcome, our questions were answered always quickly and we received some good tips to make the most out of our stay. A comfortable private parking place offered inside the court was very useful. Great pizzeria and a public bus stop within 1-2 minutes walk. Big supermarket with wide offering within 2-3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk. The location is an excellent starting point for trips to Lerici or Tellaro and the beaches nearby. Also to take the boat trip from Lerici port to Cinque Terre. Important though it is recommended to take the bus (10 mins to Lerici center), it is cheap and is on schedule, tickets should be purchased before boarding the bus.

The aparmtent is totally new furnished and redone, with balcony, nice and well equipped bathroom and kithen. Clean, modern, tasteful. Highly recommended. Thank you Jessica for your tips and quick replies whenever we had a question!
