We booked this property because of the good reviews but the reviews didn't do it justice. Firstly we was met at the ferry by our host Frank, he gave us so much information on gozo with places to visit and must do attractions, apon arriving at the property he walked us through everything showing us around and letting us know where everything is and how it all worked. There is also an information booklet on the table. Right let's get down to it. This property oozes luxury. From the minute you walk in the door you will be surprised by how nice it is. From the fully fitted kitchen with breakfastbar. Alsi a set table that sits 6 people. Large sofa and the way its decorated with ornaments and plants that complements the overall luxurious feel. Gorgeous tiled floors, huge bedrooms, 1 with and en suite shower- toilet. Bedrooms are made up for you and have emence wardrobes space and drawers, even towel art on the beds. All bedrooms have TV and AC. There is a second bathroom that has the deepest bath i have seen, perfect for a long soak after a busy day exploring gozo. Then when you think it can't get any better there are 2 balconies 1 at the front of the property you access through the lounge - family area with another seating area for 6 and egg chair also a bbq. This is a perfect spot for sunrise and you can see ramla beach. The other is at the back of the property you can access from 2 of the bedrooms. A little smaller but still big enough to sit out at a table and chairs and watch the sunset. Adjacent is another door with a washing machine and everything you need during your stay. Then top top if off there is the roof terrace that spans the length of the whole property boasting a private pool sun loungers with sun umbrella and a 360° view over gozo. This property is by far the most luxurious place I have stayed and I cannot wait to come back again later in the year.

The views from the two balconies and rooftop. Dolceria Ropa up the main street is recommended for its cakes and Maltese savoury specialities, as well as the really good Chinese restaurant Xi Xi (try the duck dishes). Last but not least, hats off to the Gozo bus network!

Spacious penthouse ‘ikea’ apartment with amazing views over Ramla beach area. 10 minute walk into xaghra square to restaurants /shops /cafes . So many quality places to eat - Al Sale , Il Logga. Easy parking on street but car really not needed just use bolt or uber . Frank helpful and responsive host, also booked car for us with Rita a local agent. The property has 3 outdoor areas always sun, shade , shelter or nice breeze somewhere to be found . Roof top pool area was great for relaxing , taking in the sunset and often breezy so great in heat. Great laundry room and drying lines out back which was useful especially as no change of bedding / towels during 11 night stay . Kitchen functional. Air con each room all very efficient .Nice large American fridge freezer . Beds comfy , one proper shower in en-suite room , other is hand held over bath . Lift up to 4th floor . Make sure Frank leaves spare set keys in lock box it’s so easy to lock self out or lose the keys as we did on first night with late night trip to Frank to get spare set of keys.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and functional, with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Gozo, and we really enjoyed our visit. The hospitality and attention to detail made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

“Fabulous stay on Gozo in this amazing apartment”

Frank's apartment is absolutely amazing. It is in a great location with beautiful views from the roof in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. It was perfect if we just wanted to spend a relaxing day by the pool on our rooftop terrace or if we wanted to venture further away. Ramla Bay was lovely & easy to get to by car or by bus, which stopped nearby. We walked to the town square a couple of evenings for a meal. Frank arranged car hire for us, which was super easy & allowed us to drive around both Gozo & Malta. Both the car & passenger ferry were also very easy to use. The penthouse is very spacious, clean & well equipped, and Frank is a fabulous host meeting us to show us around, giving recommendations and always very responsive to any queries both when looking to book and staying in his apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gozo & would highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking to book.

Modern apartment, very spacious, very clean. Good facilities, excellent bathrooms & full kitchen plus gas barbecue. The owner was very responsive to my messages. Lovely views from the terraces, sun beds & parasol provided. Easy walk to the piazza with several nice restaurants & bars. We hired a car for 2 days to visit a few local beaches, the owner organised the rental for us.

Great host - well organised, kind and very elegant personality Apartment is spacious, very clean, well equipped (especially the kitchen), everything that’s required for a long stay, quiet with great view over the see, Swimming pool looked fantastic yet cold in Nov :) Air conditioning, sun beds, .. I have a very sensitive back and the mattress was ok, saggy on the two sides so I slept in the middle Great location (5min by car to the Rabla Beach), great grocery shop in the village and great restaurants, safe, in the low season I could find a parking place ( probably impossible in the high season) The host organised a rental car for me super easy- car was old small automatic and it did its job at a la amicable price Super checkin experience, good communication Great value
