The staff are cooperative and very gentile; they try to make my stay comfy as they can; I am very thankful for Mr. Jamal the manager, Mr. Ahmed on the front desk Cife. Mohammed and Rabiaa in the hotel restaurant and all the other workers in the hotel.

Very nice staff. The general manager himself is welcoming and helping people. He gave me good rooms although I made a mistake in booking with no extra charges. The pools are a great experience. Foos is great also 🙏

its a great gateway from the city. me and my wife enjoyed the spa and the thermal pools were refreshing. the hotel look vintage and beautiful. a day is enough for a couple to enjoy the hotel facilities as well as visiting the nearby villages.

People are welcoming us and help us. All staff are helpful and keep smiling. The most supportive thing is that there is alot of staff understanding arabic which is the perfect communication. The food was excellent 👌 The facilities was excellent
