“Hospitality plus”
Hospitality plus from the owners. Great stay and great food all set in a typical quiet fishing village. You can’t beat this place. Forget hotels this homestay is the way. Bonus - the floor mattress is very very comfortable.

The hotel owners are amazing people with passion for hospitality. You'll feel very welcome and your stay on the beautiful Iki island will be even better. Thanks so much. Also these futons were perfectly fine for me and my partner to sleep on (compared to some other japanese style rooms).

The food here is absolutely excellent and a must try, both dinner and breakfast! The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable.

“Incredible stay!”
Absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation. The food, the hosts, the location and the lodging were all incredible. Staying here made the journey to Iki worth it. Highly recommended for any traveller or travellers. This is a very special home.

- most friendly host's i ever experienced. They made the bike renatal for us, drove us to the port and picked us up and made the most amazing breakfast in Japanese and western style. Definitely recommend them. Tip: you definitely need a car or a bike while staying here

“Truly amazing stay, with amazing hosts on an amazing island!”
We had the most wonderful time on the beautiful island of Iki due to our lovely hosts and their comfortable and cosy accomodation. Their kindness and cooking skills are unmatched. We felt very welcome and had three incredible nights at their beautiful hotel. We would recommend their accomodation to everyone who wants to visit Iki island and we hope to revisit this beautiful hotel and its kindhearted hosts in the future.

“A delightful experience at 島宿 糸”
The house is beautifully arranged and renovated. Usan and Masumi are amazing hosts : they really made our stay in Ikishima a delightful interlude of tranquility, comfort, and gastronomy. We will also cherish the excellent memories of our conversations. During those few days, everything seemed simple and easy : we loved it 😍 !

The owners were extremely hospitable, from helping make reservations for restaurants and activities on the island to greeting us when we come back from a day of exploring the island. The owners prepared meals as well, which was exceptional. We loved the architecture and atmosphere of the accommodation itself, as it was a newly renovated traditional home. Thank you Masumi San and Oo San, we loved our stay here so much I could not speak highly enough! :) <3

The friendliness and availability of the 2 owners, the food (amazing for the 2 dinners we had: 1 French, 1 Japanese). We had an upgrade in a huge room/suite which was super appreciated. We had a great time !!!
