Their cheating. the booking i booked online and confirmed was changed and was told the room wasn't available and the only available rooms are more expensive. I ended up paying extra #15k to upgrade to the available room. this was very unfair and I saw they did same to some other guests too that same evening.

I have an excellent service during my stay. I like the idea of the staff reminding me of lunch and dinner. Very noble of the staff. The management and staff were very proactive and supportive. I will certainly stay here again.
