It would have been ideal to offer WiFi connection. I felt disappointed. As a business person, it's good to be connected. Even though, they stated no WiFi availability, I didn't realise that until when checking in.

“It’s a great experience, generally the staff were polite and helpful and it was a great location.”
The manager was excellent. They had made a mistake with our booking but they gave us an upgrade for thier error.
