“I regretted booking the hotel from Booking.com”
I am not satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful toward me and my family. Despite my request, they were unable to provide rooms that were close to each other and instead suggested that my children stay downstairs while the parents stayed upstairs, which was not acceptable to us. Additionally, the hotel increased the room rate, and we were required to pay more than the amount confirmed on Booking.com. The room itself was damp and uncomfortable at night, with water leaking throughout the night. The walls were dirty, old, and stained from previous water damage.
