Beautiful and very cozy apartments! Excellent layout, well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher tablets, a starter set of coffee capsules and spices for cooking, comfortable mattresses and pillows, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I would like to note the friendliness and responsiveness of the owners. Martina was always available and could quickly resolve any issues that arose. A pleasant surprise was the treats waiting for us upon check-in:) In terms of infrastructure: a shop and pharmacy are a 1-minute walk away, and the beach is across the road, a couple of minutes' walk from the apartments. There is a beautiful promenade in both directions (to Lovran and Opatija), with many picturesque places and beaches (mostly tiled). Thank you for a wonderful vacation! ❤️

The host is so nice and supportive. She is also really care to us with gifting some snack to welcome at the first day. Be there anytime we need.

Everything needed was close, ocean in front with a wonderful walk to different areas, Supermarket up the road 2 mins drive. Little bakery 100m away. Lovely cafe underneath and bar. Great little bar across the street. Superb. Quiet at night. Excellent.

Appartment was very nice, everything one needs for a short stay. As we were travelling with kids it was a huge bonus that we could check in earlier.Thank you for that Martina. It is very close to the beach.We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Everything. Martina met us and was super friendly, always contactable for any queries. The apartment was immaculate, great character, beautiful decor, everything you could want or need. We had drinks and snacks left for us, there was a hair dryer, coffee machine, even a dishwasher. Air con in every room was an added bonus, lots of storage space.

The apartment was really nice, bright, modern and well equipped. Especially with the parking lot a good 100m behind the house, you can do everything on foot right from the start. With the first step out of the house you are on the terrace of a very nice café, opposite is already the water and a small harbor and the eternally long, beautiful footpath directly on the water, into Opatija. The contact and key handover went smoothly and was very pleasant, the lovely host was already waiting for me and explained everything to me and also had some tips for Ika and the surrounding area. All in all, absolutely recommendable, a wonderful stay. I would definitely do it again.
