“Magical Green Stay”
The property is magical, peaceful with an open view of the mountains in the front. The owner is a very sweet lady who takes care of your every need yet is very professional. She tried her best to communicate even though we didn’t speak the same language. We rebooked for next few days. The place is close to beautiful hiking trails.

Upon arrival at the guesthouse, we were warmly welcomed with coffee and candies. The staff patiently introduced us to the room and facilities, highlighting the beautiful terrace with its grassy area and fruit trees, along with a view of the distant town. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, even featuring a washing machine. During our stay, they generously offered us fruits from their orchard upon arrival and departure. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly cared for. We sincerely recommend everyone to visit this place and experience the heartfelt hospitality they provide!

“Nice place for 1-2 days stay. We had very nice tour in Ijevan wine and brandy factory.”
Very friendly staff. They welcomed us with sweets and coffee. By leaving we got apples :) Breakfast was good and tast.

Great location, really pleasant garden and great views. The owner is a lovely lady, very kind and generous with her time, assistance and garden fruits. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend and would happily stay there again. All in all a charming guesthouse.

Beautiful accommodation in a pleasant garden. With a fantastic breakfast. The owner is a wonderful and kind lady who will do everything she can for you. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing accommodation, I can only recommend it.

“What a relaxing place among trees”
The place is so relaxing. We loved it all :) The owner was so sweet and hospitable. She took care of us. We enjoyed sitting for hours in the garden - it reminded me of my childhood days. Upon checkout, she also offered us free apples picked from her trees, what a treat.

This is an amazing family place located in Ijevan but totally separated from the noises and disturbing movements. If you are a fan of a silent rest comfort then you should choose this cozy place.

“Amazing place in Ijevan”
This place was just amazing. From the moment we checked in the lady running the guest house brought us fresh fruits from her garden along with coffee and tea. The room was huge, clean and had an amazing view. This place is a true gem
