An absolutely wonderful hotel for couples! We really loved the atmosphere and the food. There are lovely lounge areas throughout the hotel, plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is excellent — everything is very clean and delicious

“Perfect holiday!”

A wonderful place! The hotel grounds are beautiful - very green, with lots of areas to relax during the day. There are huge comfortable beds by the main pool, lots of sunbeds, a big bar area by the pool etc. The beach is perfect - there are no other hotels next to Numo so it is very peaceful and feels private - no loud speedboats etc. They also have an open air cinema every evening which was really nice! There was a good selection of films from old to new, from romcoms to action films or comedies. The food is really good and they also have a cafe where you can get traditional greek coffee made in the sand. I really liked the traditional greek food served both at breakfast and at dinner. The buffet selection is smaller than in many comparable hotels I’ve been to, but I did not mind because the quality was consistently very good, and they still had multiple salads/fish/meat/starters to choose from. The hotel staff are all super nice. We also got a free 15 minute massage each, which was so good that we then paid for longer massages. For four days it was very windy but the hotel cooperates with a car rental company which makes it very easy to rent a car for about 50 EUR per day, so on the windy days we drove around the south of Crete, which is beautiful.

The hotel is very new, stylish and easy to navigate. The beach club is great and so is the gym and the outdoor cinema. The staff are great (Konstantinos was super helpful!!)

We stayed one week at Numo Ierapetra and everything was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We are very satisfied and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

“Amazing getaway at an affordable price”

Beautiful hotel, with a big outdoor pool and a nice beachfront. Not too crowded, with a relaxed atmosphere. The suite I stayed in was simply amazing. Very stylishly decorated, functional and with good airconditioning. The terrace and private pool were great to enjoy, at an affordable price. Delicious food and lovely reception staff. It is an excellent getaway for couples or solo travelers. The town of Ierapetra is a ten-minute taxi ride away and the hotel also offers trips to other places in the south-east of Crete.

Location and being adults only , love the food and the friendly staff - it was my second visit

We had a really lovely stay here. Our room was beautiful, the property was gorgeous, the open air movie nights are fun, the dinner buffet was delicious. There are beautiful views all around the property. The spa was amazing. The beach is coarse and pebbly, but still beautiful.

Coffee pods in room are at a charge of 1EUR each, these really should be free as is quite standard for properties of all prices. Further, coffee at breakfast is by machine, and barista made only for dietary milks, but the barista was way too busy to pump these out in any reasonable time frame.

Good location, reasonable breakfast and comfortable room size. Liked the films at 9pm, nice touch. And being close to the beach whilst also having a pool to use was good.

Very modern and stylish design, furniture and equipment are new. Good level of service, very welcoming, staff really paid attention to every detail. We had one problem at the bar, but even this was quickly resolved and a compliment drink was offered:) Perfect beach with new sunbads
