Really spacious apartment, the balcony is a real plus. Air con in all rooms&living room, fully fitted kitchen, walk in showers in the toilets with windows. Washing machine and dryer. Pool area nice too. Plenty of towels.

“A winner holiday home.”
10 out of 10 experience. The location is grand, as the apartment is high enough to have fantastic sea views but pretty close to the beach and amenities. Icici is nicely located between the belle epoque sea resort and pretty Lovran. Car is highly recommended but not a must. The owner is warm and welcoming, which is nice and makes you feel at home. The apartment was immaculatly clean and recently renovated, so had the feeling that everything was used for the first time by us. The kitchen is well equiped and tou can tell that most furnitures have been carefully chosen. The overall feeling of the decor was pretty and clean. The beds were pretty hard, but that’s ok as I’m used to sleeping in a hard bed at home. I think I’ve never slept so well elsewhere than home, and I’m a light sleeper! The windows are huge and the balcony well designed so you can enjoy beautiful views all day long. The showers are of good quality, as well as the window shutters and air conditioning as well, so your comfort is garanteed. The swimming pool is rather small but our kids loved it and the backyard is nicely arranged with plants and relaxing aread. A garage is a huge bonus for those with car and outside there is few private parking slots, too. I have no complaints and I warmly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone who demands a bit more than just a usual holiday home.
