Villa Roses is peacefully located in Icici, 280 metres from the sea and the centre. It features a spa including a pool, barbecue facilities and panoramic sea views from all apartments. The centre of Opatija with its large parks and elegant villas can be reached within 3 km. All elegantly furnished apartments are air-conditioned and have a kitchen or a kitchenette, a balcony and are equipped with a seating area and a work desk. Guests have free access to Wi-Fi in every apartment. Guests can enjoy their time lounging on the deck chairs and parasols on the terrace that offers views of the sea. Spa facilities include an pool with a counter-current facility, a hot tub, an infra-red sauna, a Finnish sauna, and a Turkish bath. “Cozy villa apartment with super friendly staff”
The staff was super helpful and flexible when we needed a new place to stay at a very short notice after another booking fell through. So it was a happy accident that we ended up in Villa Roses! The apartment was cozy and had a lovely view of the pool and the sea behind it. We had everything we needed for our short stay. This apartment had a separate master suite with a comfy king size bed, bathroom, small kitchen and a seating area. In the livingroom there was a comfortable sofa bed for the kids, a larger kitchen unit and another bathroom. Ideal for a family of four!

Friendly host very willing to explain everything. He recommended us where to go on trips. The location and sea view are amazing. The apartment is very well equipped. Lovely stay for Easter. I can only recommend. We will be happy to come back.

Location and view is absolutny amazing. Kids loved swimming pool- it is not big but fair enough, clean and usefull with nice tarrace and sunbeds. Personel was extremally friendly and helfull in all aspects (Thanks Sanjin and your mom&dad). Whatever we asked we always get excellent hints and help. We loved 2 bathrooms in our appartment and big balcony. We used also kitchen corner. Parking is available. Place is very calm. Rooms are cozy and very clean. Comfortable beds. Air con is very efficient. TV available but we did not use it. Villa is not new but renovated. Generally we definitely recommend this place. We spent super nice time there.

The host Sanjin is very attentive and friendly. The apartments have a stunning view over the sea and a very Nice patio with sunbeds and a small pool. The kitchen was rather small which made cooking at home rather difficult but it was nicely equipped with pots and pans.

Host at the reception was waiting for us and gave us detailed info on the apartment and surroundings. He was more than helpful. He was extremely flexible on check-out. Our accommodation was located in the annex building. It was ideal for our group of 7. Wonderful view from the balconies. Quiet neighbourhood, yet not far from the beach and Lungomare. Convenient and secure parking in front of the building. Recommended!

“Overall brilliant experience”
The apartment had an amazing sea view and the pool was lovely! We were situated in a quiet area with minimal tourists around. It was a beautiful place to visit, and felt more of a cultural trip rather than just staying in a main area, which we really enjoyed. The beach is a short walk away and you can walk far down the seafront & eat/drink with a gorgeous view; the seafood is exceptional & the restaurants very cheap! It was also nice to stay in an apartment in which mirrors the culture rather than a generic hotel. This apartment was very unique; I had not stayed anywhere similar before. I could not fault the host; he was extremely helpful and always available via WhatsApp to answer any queries & help us book anything. Great holiday for couples!
