“Geibikei Gem”
The guesthouse is charming and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We stayed in the Japanese-style room, which was lovely. I highly recommend the half board option because the food is incredible! You can tell how passionate the staff are about quality, local ingredients.

“Nice guest house in rural Japan”

Great guesthouse with a spacious Japanese-style bedroom. Everything was spotless, and they have a time-slot system for the shared bathroom so that it's easy to use. The breakfast was also delicious. We only stayed one day, I wished we had stayed at least one more. The staff was very kind and agreed to store our luggage on check-out day so that we could go to Geibikei gorge hassle-free. Geibikei is an easy 15-minute stroll from the guest house.

“Lovely stay close to Geibikei Station and Gorge”
It is just near the Geibekei Gorge, so you can walk there, and the guesthouse let me leave my bag there . It's a lovely stay, pristine and tidy. Hot tea is free in the dining area. The staff are attentive and welcoming.
