Everything! We really enjoyed our stay. First I would love to mention all the staff in the hotel, amazing energy, very kind, friendly, willing to help, we have full hearts of experience with them. Pool area was so unique, so cozy and cool, amazing view from each corner. Bar there was also something beautiful. We chilled there in mornings and nights. Interior of all the areas in hotel buildings, so aesthetic everywhere. Little bar and staff there also 15/10. I was already guest of the hotel few years ago, and I had amazing experience then and even better now, since they have shuttle service from hotel to downtown ( we didn’t know about it before our arrival and we were ready to walk everywhere because of how amazing this hotel is) Cant wait to be back!

The hotel is a dream. It’s above the old town, which makes it a perfect getaway. The hotel staff is so kind to drive you down and up whenever needed until 12 AM. We would always come back. I need to highlight the friendliness of the whole staff, from reception to the drivers and the cleaning ladies, always with a smile when you see them. They truly give their best to provide you with the best possible experience. You can reach them via WhatsApp at any time, and they answered within seconds. Many thanks - you made our stay truly special.

I organized my birthday and booked bedrooms for 18 peoples. Everybody was happy and very impress by the hotel. Hotel in a historic building with lovely and antique furniture, in the old city of Ibiza, the views, bedrooms, beddings, amazing staff, welcome drink in the stairs terrace, little swimming pool (but the place, sunbeds and vegetation quiet and beautiful) ! Everything was beautiful.

AMAZING! Cannot think of anything I did not like. Beautiful hotel, cute location and the best service I have ever experienced in Ibiza.

The views over the port from the spacious rooms are exceptional and the pool and breakfast room feel luxurious, right at the top of the old town. The staff are smartly turned out and quietly professional. As a solo female traveller, I was very well looked after and cheerfully acknowledged by staff wherever I went.

The building itself is amazing and so unique. We stayed in the tower and it was so beautiful - views are amazing because you’re at the top of Old Town. The stand out is the staff and service provided at this hotel. They were consistently on hand for our needs. We have a toddler and they were so kind and considerate with him. They have WhatsApp service so you can send questions and requests and responses were always prompt and very helpful. The food at breakfast and via room service was lovely and again the service was excellent.

The premium room for 3 people was spacious and beautifully decorated. The minibar is stocked with water free of charge and we were very well looked after by the staff. The pool and bar area on the roof of the main building is exquisite.

Absolutely everything. The staff in particular go above and beyond. We were on our honeymoon we were greeted with welcome cocktails, a complimentary bottle of cava to the room and complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay, the breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The hotel is located up high but the staff are so fantastic they can drive you up and down whenever you need.
