“seem to assume an antagonistic relationship with guests?”
The neighbourhood was alright. The colour scheme and decorating was fine. Breakfast on some days was good. The inner courtyard was some nice. I slept well (other than when woken up by Vivianna shouting on her phone or to each other). I remember the room being mostly clean. The culture amongst most of the guests was fine or friendly. A server at the Alma restaurant on the same block was nice.

“Exceptional location and service -- will go back in a heartbeat!!”
Great place to stay!! Modern and clean!! Everything about it was exceptional. Viviana was a great host that made sure we were informed and comfortable. Lovely breakfast on a little private terrace by our own bedroom! Good tv and good internet! Parking on site. If there is no room on their own space, there is a parking lot a few meters down, where you can leave your car.
