“What an exceptional hotel!”
I like everything about this hotel. Just as they have said, it is more than hotel. It is like a super home with all amenities. They have 24/7 electricity. The facility location is not far from the road. The staff respond to everything you might need. They are well trained. The manager (Victoria) is a lovely and friendly woman. The facility is just too neat. They even have a kitchen where you can cook. I have not seen such a hotel before now. I rate this hotel very high. If you are a traveler and in need of a place to stay in Ibadan, I highly recommend this facility. You won't regret your stay at all. They give you a value worth your money even much more. In fact I will say don't hesitate to lodge in this facility. I will keep patronizing them. They are simply the best!

There was no breakfast. There was no light in the midnight. There was no water until after shouting shouting countless number of times. There were no staff around apart from the security person. The heat was terrible because there was no light. I didn't get value for me money at all

The apartment is clean and cheap with running water, stable light, and friendly staff. The manager followed throughout, from the day I booked the apartment till the time I checked in. Overall, it exceeded my expectations for the price offered.
