Just home from our week stay at the Hotel & I have To say Loved it. the friendly desk person, when we first arrived , and made us feel welcome. the room was not ready ( logic we arrived early) but we could get a snack & walk around until the room was cleaned . the room was really nice , and a beautiful view. the food was really good, for a buffet style the best i got in years . daily there where some specials, but also the basics ( salad,pizza for the kids or french fries & pasta) all cooked really well & the dinner staff was also really friendly & helpfull to find us a table when it was a bit crowded .The Pool looked nice but i did not swim in it ( a little to cold , also the first days where really cold weather). the evening entertainment did there job but was not 100% for me , but family's with kids loved it i could see. Asking something and we got direct an answer. from all of the staff. also really nice was how we could book easy a bus to the old Town, or hire a car so we could explore Rhodes. All by all a fantastic stay.

We loved everything about our stay here. Before arriving, we were in communication with the hotel in regards to requests and questions I had. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and told about the hotel and shown to our one bedroom sea view suite. It was lovely and the view was beautiful! There were great choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner every evening and the dessert! OMG...it was different ones every night. There was also a snack bar that was open throughout the day until 6pm with an ice cream area. Poolside also had a bar with fabulous drinks. They had outdoor pools as well as an indoor pool that was slightly heated. The spa area is lovely (where the heated pool is located) and you can get massages, pedicures, etc there. The hotel is right near the beach and there are chairs by pool as well as the beach. There is a mini market on the property where you can get snacks (chips/crisps/biscuits, chocolates, ice cream, drinks (soda, beer, water, energy drinks, milk), baby essential (diapers, swims diapers, bottles, powdered milk), beach/pool gear (floats, balls, noodles, swimwear, bags, hats, sunglasses) and more stuff. Entertainment on the stage every night which I think ended around 10pm. We attended 2 nights of it and had a lovely time. Our room was in a quiet location so didn't hear much in the evenings. Location wise, it was a short shuttle ride to old town and you could arrange this at the front desk. Shuttle picked you up from the hotel and would drop you back. From the airport, it was maybe 10 mins. There were planes that flew overhead (my daughter loved seeing them) but they weren't disruptive at all. Now the staff....I can't say enough about them. From front desk - bellman - spa - housekeeping - restaurant - mini market - pool - they all were SO WONDERFUL! I'm running out of room to write but the staff was the highlight of our trip. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of options and something new to try every day. The location right by the beach couldn’t be better – perfect for morning walks and stunning sunsets. The staff were friendly (lovely staff) and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Perfect for holiday with kids.

The stuff were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful as it is shown in the pictures. The food was sooo good.

Friendly animation team with lots of energy and offering diverse activities (aqua gym, beach volleyball, club dance, darts, mini disco, bingo, quizzes...), evening shows interesting & entertaining, rooms spacious (we had a family suite) and comfortable, massage for kids very nice (extra charge but reasonable), cosy atmosphere as the hotel really is quite small, short distances, you're at the beach in 1 min, bigger kids can easily get around by themselves without fear of them getting lost. Table tennis. Car rental just opposite the hotel very comfortable, short journey from the airport (c. 15 min by car/taxi). Rhodes city very close, easy to reach with bus shuttle in 30 mins which can be booked in the hotel (8 € adults, 6 € kids). We warmed up to the beach which is pebble and quite narrow, but on the bright side it's only 1 line of sunbeds and you're looking straight onto the amazing blue sea, the water was fantastic and the sea was calm enough to bathe every day...

“Great Hotel, Amazing Staff”

Very nice hotel, you won’t be disappointed, great atmosphere around the pool area, pool bar is a great bonus. Only about 15-20 mins to Rhodes town 4e each way on the hotel shuttle bus. Family friendly. Modern renovated rooms, clean. Staff however were the highlight, they really made you feel like family over there.

We've been here for the 3rd time, everything was as amazing as always, we even got an amazing upgrade. The staff was wonderful, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel :)
