A room with a patio door with a balcony was much appreciated and the floor of wood instead of a carpet was very nice. Very quiet place and very friendly staff.

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the location was great and it is walking distance to the port for ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. The room was so comfortable with the most wonderful views.

This is a gem and perfect for foot passengers headed to Nantucket. Sitting area is quaint.

Good location 2 minute walk to the Ferry Terminal. Wonderful views and friendly staff. Continental breakfast, cereals, fruit, bagels, and cakes. Choice of individual bottles of juice and milk.

Location is excellent and 5 minutes from Main Street and harbour. The pool area is great with great views

“Very disappointed!”
The staff was amazing. It was also a beautiful setting and very clean. However the room we had was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PD!! We had NO CLOSET AT ALL! And no stands to put our luggage on ! In the bathroom there was NO COUNTER!! We had to put all our toiletries on the floor!! When we mentioned our disappointment when checked out we were told.. well you booked with booking.com. You should have booked through the hotel directly! Apparently using booking.com they give you crappy rooms!! We also had a small table with ONE CHAIR FOR 2 PEOPLE Very disappointing for the money!!

“Perfect place to dpend 7 relaxing days, whilst exploring the wonderful Cape”
In fantastic location. Staff are excellent and is a very peaceful and relaxed place to spend time. Has a maintained it’s family run, boutique feel, despite recently being sold to a large corporation.
