Beautiful home with all first class furnishings and decor. Every small detail was thought of and the kitchen was so well equipped we could cook a perfect meal without having to buy any spices, oil etc. There was even suncream!

Very well designed and nice property. Very private. Lovely rooms and beds with very good decoration. Great location. Lovely view! Good guidance on how to check in and operate the locks and good recommendations given in the handbook ahead of the stay. Fully stocked pantry with labels was a very nice and appreciated touch.

Our family spent the weekend at Jan’s beautiful home on Tulip Avenue, and it couldn’t have been better. Jan’s communication was excellent from start to finish. The property itself is exceptional — every detail has clearly been thought through, and the inclusions made our stay so comfortable. The location is perfect too, just a short stroll to either beach. It was a special weekend for our family, all competing in the Huskisson Marathon, and staying here really topped off the experience. Thank you, Jan!

We just left 48B today and miss it already. It felt like a home away from home and has everything you need and everything you forgot you may need. Lovely views to the bay and so close you can hear the gentle shore waves from the balcony. So close to the beach and the cafe - perfect home for complete relaxation.

The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach with its famous white sand and crystal-clear water. Everything felt easy and convenient, and we really enjoyed our time here. The house is gorgeous. It's spacious, beautifully furnished, and well maintained. Toiletries are lovely Ashley & Co. The view of the ocean, through the gum trees, is very very nice. Access to the beach and cafe is brilliant - a short easy walk. The host was generous in the items provided on site, and her flexibility around check in-out times.
