“Great hotel with perfect location for exploring Iceland.”
The welcome we got even as we arrived at 9pm was amazing. It was warm greeting and full explanation of the facilities. The outside heated pools are amazing.

“Great stay”
We had a wonderful experience at Ork hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and diverse and the food from the hotel restaurant was really good.

“Great hotel”
The staff and the amenities were fantastic , everything was easy and self explanatory, petrol station and supermarket just down the road with a great bakery and gelato hotdog place too ! will definitely stay there again ..!

“Not recommended”
Sliding door to the bathroom was broken. The beds make noise when you turn in your sleep and your hear every neighbouring room.

The night reception guy was amazing, very helpful and welcoming, he quickly rectified a few issues we had with our room with the least disruption.

There was a loud screaming from a female in one of the rooms and angry shouting in male voice. She was in pain. This must have caught the attention of many guests and staff - but it went on for about 30 minutes without anyone interfering. This reflects very badly on the hotel

“Nice stay, We will come back”
Thanks to the receptionist for moving us to quiet room because of noisy school group. Room was comfortable and quiet.

“Great stand in for our original booking”
Hotel was very comfortable. We had been let down by our original booking and at 9.30pm managed to secure the last room here. Didn't expect such a resort type hotel and wished we had time to try out the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a bonus

“Basic, good for price.”
Hotel was half renovated (1/2 rooms with carpet). We got a Renovated room. Personnel was nice. Answered questions for travelling.
