“A Beautiful and Memorable Stay”

This place was absolutely, absolutely beautiful! We were a group of five and felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights was spending the evening outside in the jacuzzi, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. As a lovely extra touch, there was even a waffle mix provided so we could make fresh waffles for breakfast the next morning, such a wonderful surprise! We truly felt so comfortable here, and this stay became one of the most beautiful memories of our entire trip to Iceland. Without a doubt, one of the best accommodations we stayed in. We would highly recommend it and would love to come back someday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Perfect stay”

Pálína and Hörður were truly kind and wonderful hosts. The whole house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. It is homely, spacious, and extremely comfortable. From the get-go, our hosts made everything simple for us, from key collection to showing us around the house. It's a pity we only got to stay here for one night. We would have opted for a longer stay had we more time.

The place is really nice with a very friendly owner. The hot tube, the sauna and the free laundry service, free cpffe and tee were all very good extras.

Everything about the house. It was awesome, the things they provided were top notch, from cooking utensils to toiletries. High recommended. Palina n husband were so helpful. The hot tub n sauna were excellent to compliment our holiday.

We stayed at several places around Iceland for a similar price, but nothing came close to the experience we had at this guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They personally showed us to our room, which was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. We were amazed at how many extras were included: we received bath robes, we could do our laundry, make tea and waffles, enjoy homemade rhubarb jam straight from their garden, and even wash our car! On top of that, the relaxing sauna and hot tub made it the perfect end to the day of exploring. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and the warmth and generosity of the hosts made a lasting impression. We’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family – and we hope to return ourselves someday!

From the moment we arrived the tranquility and calmness of the home was such a welcoming place. The hosts are kind & generous and have created an environment that feels so homey with exceptional touches like a sauna, jacuzzi, fire place, waffle makers, piano, complementary laundry facilities, etc. You share the house with other guests and we were fortunate to meet some very lovely travellers.
