“We enjoyed a comfortable night & then a scenic ride after a filling breakfast. I loved tolting on my horse!!”
The rooms were lovely, very tastefully decorated. You could see the horses & pat them. The breakfast was tasty & filling. It was a great base to explore Husavik. We even saw a whale on our horse trek!!

“Nice if you would like to stay in Husavik for a night”
Saltvik Farm is a bit outside of Husavik as part of a horse farm. Even though we only stayed there for one night on our ring road trip, we felt welcome. There is some basic breakfast included by the host which we appreciated. The water in the bathroom smelled a little like sulphur, but we experienced the same all over Northern Iceland. All in all, we liked the place, even though it is just a basic accommodation.

“Luxurious Farm Experience”
First experience of living on the farm! You will love the views from the property + kitchen is very well equipped. Rooms are spacious and there is plenty of space to park your car. We went in summers, but i can imagine it being equally beautiful in winters as well. Farm has 200+ horses! Only 5km/5min drive from Husavik city center!

“Disappointed breakfast was not including in the price, as it was an expensive stay compared to other accommodation.”
