Good value for money, at the expense of being an hour away by public transport from Cologne. Relatively clean, newly renovated, washing machine works well. The mattress is ok, can support 100kg. Owner is friendly and explained everything. Theres an automated window shade, useful for ventilation. There is a bus service from Cologne central station but its hidden in at the side and not located accurately on Google maps. Not the apartment owners problem but something I would like to mention for other travellers.
