The hotel was absolutely fantastic! I booked two rooms for one night, and the staff kindly helped us over the phone with the electronic check-in at the self-service terminal. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful interior design and comfortable furniture. There was also a kitchen with everything needed, and our room even had a terrace!!! Definitely recommended — 10 out of 10!

“Very convenient, close to Phantasialand”
Self check in at the automatic terminal, very easy and convenient. Clean and spacious room, with a well equipped kitchen. Parking in the garage at extra charge, to be paid during the check in. We used it as the stay for the Phantasialand and we were very satisfied with it.

“Simple to book and a pleasure to stay in a spotlessly clean apartment.”
We liked the room, it was spotlessly clean and so was the bathroom. The room had everything in it, a clean kitchenette with all the necessary cooking utensils, and two single beds that were very comfortable. We used the hotel for one night as we were on a travelling holiday. Unfortunately my wife fainted the next morning through illness. Fortunately there was a lady working in the office and she was a tremendous help. She allowed us to stay a couple more hours in the room for my wife to recover. She also offered to call for medical help if we needed it. Fortunately my wife recovered and we went on our way.

The owner deducted us 100 euro without our agreement from creditcard because of some pawprints on the sheets. The fee for a dog was 15 euro.....
