I liked the neighborhood, the local people from the shops, the cafes, the restaurants, the Al Dahar fruit market, the fish market area, the Marina, the port Safaga, the hotels, the pharmacy, the travel agency, the guide Mimo we had for Luxor, and the businessmen from Cairo I met on the boat while diving. Hurghada is very beautiful and warm in January /27 degrees/. Egypt is special with its ancient history, archeological sites, museums, etc. It was my dream to see the Tempel of Karnak, the Valley of the Kings /no time for the Queens, but the Temple of Hatshepsut/, and the Colossi of Memnos. I enjoyed very much crossing the Nile river and seeing Karnak from the other bank, as well as the Felucca boat trip to Banana Island /it was short /not like the Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan/ but we had a wonderful sunset at the Nile River. The National Park Orange Bay is also very beautiful and the experience with the small submarine was special, too. On my last day, on the way to the airport, I managed to see the Hurghada Museum and the Aquarium. Don't miss them while in Hurghada.

Great place, my go-to place to stay when I have a stop in Hurghada

The owner of the place asked for extra money and his treatment of me was very bad. He does not ask permission when he enters your room, and he expelled a Russian guest from the place. I do not recommend this despicable place to anyone.
