Featuring a free private beach area, SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select-Grand Select- is a 5-star resort in Hurghada that provides luxurious accommodation. It offers 3 outdoor swimming pools, a disco bar and 6 restaurants. “Wonderful stay”
Everything was very good. Easy and quick check in and out. The hotel had beautiful green area with flowers and trees creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was large and spacious. The staff was friendly, it was a wonderful stay. Will definitely visit again.

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The food throughout the holiday was excellent — plenty of variety, high quality, and every meal felt well prepared. The pool area was also fantastic; always clean, relaxing, and a great atmosphere throughout the day. What really made the holiday stand out though was the staff. Every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. The service felt very personal and thoughtful. A special mention has to go to Mohamed, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was proactive, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead — arranging things for us without even needing to ask and making sure everything was perfect. He genuinely made the experience even better. The drinks were great and service around the pool was very quick, with staff regularly coming over to take orders so you never had to wait long. Overall, an incredible holiday and a resort we would absolutely return to. Highly recommended.

“Superb resort, quiet, clean and really 5*”
This hotel exceeded our expectations. First they enabled us early check in with breakfast (that we were not eligible for) and we got room upgrade like we requested - this made a great first impression. Everything was just superb - the room size and location (beachfront junior suite the best choice in our opinion - you basically have a frontyard on the beach!!!) The food in all restaurants and cleanliness everywhere was amazing. The staff was mostly really warm and tried to satisfy all our requests, they were extremely nice tou our 2yrs old daughter. The premises of this resort are really beautiful and well maintained - every tree and every piece of the land precisely managed, cleaned and taken care of. We loved the entertainment, especially for kids, But it was never too loud or too late, so the resort is really calm and quiet (compared to the one next to us, where you could hear loud music till mignight). I would totally recommend this resort for families that want to spend the quiet family time, not worrying about the quality or cleanliness of anything. We also felt very safe there, as the guards in front of resort is really thorough and would not let anyone in who does not stay there.

Beautiful resort with very nice pools and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself looks luxurious and the overall design is impressive. The room was spacious and the air conditioning issue was eventually fixed.

In summary a very nice resort with great food, friendly and helpfull staff and a great location right next to the see. For everyone that books through Booking there is a designated contactperson, Manar, at the hotel that helps you with everything need. Manar was trully a great help during our stay. The food was amazing, we really enjoyed both the buffets and à la carte menus in the evening. There are sections next to the pool and sea that are for adults only, which is nice to rest. The pool and sea are both very nice to swimm in.

“Perfect stay! But animation was not good”
This was my 4th stay within 2 years, and it did not disappoint. The stay was fantastic with its beautiful relaxing beaches, clean and heated pools, so much food and drinks everywhere and anytime. The room was super clean, and the staff was very welcoming, kind, and supportive. The restaurants are incredible, and Mangal has the best BBQ ever!! I'd definitely come back again and again.

It is a very safe place to spend a holiday with your family. Pools are clean and a service at restaurants is on a high level. The staff at the reception is professional, they fulfilled all our whises and we're available online. If we come again to Hurghada, we will defenatly choose this resort! “expectations exceeded”
Loved everything about the resort. From the heated pool, to padel courts etc. Food was delicious at every restaurant we tried. Reception staff are brilliant. Especially Mohammad fahmy who continually kept in touch to help us with booking restaurants/tennis etc and went out of his way all the time Also I loved how the mini bar was restocked for free each day

“Excellent value for money! 👍”
Very clean and well-maintained resort. Every evening features a different themed buffet. The swimming pool is heated to 30°C, which is very pleasant. Communication via WhatsApp with a personal butler who fulfills every wish. A special thanks to Mohamed Fawzy, who took care of everything and made sure all requests were met. The price-performance ratio of this hotel is excellent 👍

“Beautiful Hotel with exceptional customer centricity”
A beautiful hotel with a languna beach layout, complemented by stunning landscaping and clean and well maintained property. The large pool area is particularly impressive, with heated pools for both kids and adults. Perfect if you visit in the colder months!! What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer-centric approach. We were assigned a dedicated staff member who assisted us with everything—from answering questions to arranging restaurant reservations and planning trips. She did an outstanding job and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

“Egypt has my heart, tui blue crystal bay is my favourite place ever.”
The hotel is amazing, rooms are so clean and beds very comfortable. The food is really good, lots of variety and cooked to perfection, the al a carte restaurants are included on all inclusive and all very good! The pools are beautiful and clean. The bar staff work very hard and make great cocktails, all the staff at the hotel are friendly and very helpful. The animation team are phenomenal, Ahmed & Mofasa in particular made our stay the best! These guys work so hard. We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday during our stay and the hotel went above and beyond to make it so special, this is our 6th time staying in this hotel & we feel so at home. We can’t wait to return again!
