Overview
Featuring a gigantic outdoor pool and kids’ pool with waterslides, this 5-star resort is located on the sea front with private sandy beach , and a 15-minute drive from Hurghada Airport. Relaxing massages and a sauna are offered at the spa. Hotels base on all-inclusive concept, it offers WIFI in the entire property and 4 outdoor pools (3 for adults and 1 for kids), 2 pools are heated during the winter. all the services are perfekt. Very nice place, we all love here. There is also a Chinese cooker in the restaurant and he did great job. You can also see coral and Fisches near the hotel by snorkeling. We had a great time.

“This is a beautiful and vibrant place where being a Booking.com VIP customer had its advantages.”
I could tell as I arrived I made the correct choice. A bustling hotel lobby with great views out over the swimming pools and the Red Sea greet you as you enter. Check in involved a quick chat at the desk then a seat whilst waiting for the process to complete. During this time cake and a cold drink were provided. The staff were very friendly and I was personally greeted by Asmaa who created a WhatsApp link so I could ask any question during my stay. On departure she was also there to check everything was good. What I liked was that check out was midday, but my flight was not until later in the evening, and Asmaa confirmed that I would be more than welcome in the hotel until my transfer was ready. This was very good, as the place is gorgeous and staying there was much better than extra hours in the airport. They also have an onsite bakery which is open all the time where they make delicious cakes/sweets and you can eat as much as you like.

We absolutely loved our stay in Pickalbatros Palace! Very professional team taking care of the Hotel. It was very comfortable, good fresh food, big bed, very clean, a lot of things to do for kids, very friendly and hard-working staff, pleasant people around. We also really liked how kids pools were of a different depth and that deep pools started with shallow water. It gave a lot of options for water fun. Great location - very close from the Airport. Not too big territory, comfortable to reach everything without feeling you have to walk long under the sun. We would definitely love to come back!
