Enough slides and activiites for kids to enjoy

The property is approximately 20minutes from the airport and the nearest mall is approximately 4minutes drive away. Plenty of aqua park for the kids, slides and water play areas.

We had a amazing stay at the Jungle Aqua park, i do thing any hotel is better sepcialy for kids than the Jungle. The stay was to short, and will be back soon. Big thank you to Mahmoud of the reception, he really makes the hotel 5☆☆☆☆☆ wonderfull service and kindness.

The aqua is perfect, pools are everywhere & easy access to the “sandy” beach in Dana beach resort with shuttle buses every 15min. A lot of food varieties, more than 7 restaurants with exceptional staff. Very nice entertainment during the night hours and finally the flexibility is more than perfect regarding the check-out time

Perfect family holiday so much to do for children ranging from 4+. The staff were amazing in particular Mohamed Nasr who should be recognised for his exceptional service and kindness. He couldn’t have done anything else to make our stay any more pleasant.

Me and my family had an amazing time. From the waterparks to the restaurants to the midway, there is always something to do. The room was very clean and the staff were amazing. When you are checking in, I highly suggest speaking to Mohammed Magdy. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. Wonderful experience.

We stayed at Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park - Neverland Hurghada during the May holiday from April 22 until May 6 as a family with 2 adults and 3 children. We booked a double room and paid around €5,000 for the stay. Considering that price, the overall experience was far below expectations. The biggest issue throughout the holiday was the complete lack of capacity management. During lunch and dinner, the queues became absurdly long. Waiting 30 minutes or more for food near the pools was completely normal. Guests were taking excessive amounts of food, often leaving entire plates untouched afterwards, while the staff did absolutely nothing to control the situation or improve flow at the restaurants. Late breakfast was another disappointment. It was only available in one restaurant located on the opposite side of the resort, creating unnecessary crowding. Seating was often difficult to find and the breakfast selection was poor. No croissants, no omelets or fresh fried eggs, and no fresh orange juice. For a resort in this price category, that simply should not happen. Breakfast in general was mediocre. Bread and cakes were constantly left uncovered, making them dry and hard. Even worse, almost every table in every restaurant felt sticky, despite the cleaning staff working hard elsewhere in the resort. Also lunch and dinner was in general poor. Burned food, dry food and blend food. Transportation inside the resort was chaotic. There were never enough shuttle buses available. People were squeezed into it and it regularly happened that you simply could not get on because the shuttle was already full during peak times. The water slides themselves were genuinely fun and our children really enjoyed them. However, many slides were frequently closed due to limited opening times, which was frustrating considering the size and marketing of the resort. The rules around the slides also felt inconsistent.
