“Great hotel”

I liked everything about the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, supportive, and professional, and the food was excellent. I also really enjoyed the sandy beach. Special thanks to Mr. Milad at the reception for his support, kindness, and professionalism. He was very helpful and respectful throughout my stay.

Everything was wonderful but the staff truly made our stay exceptional. They are what set this hotel apart. Their service and warmth were the highlight of our experience, and they are the reason we will return. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. From the very first minute, the experience was exceptional. A special thank you to Mahmoud Hammam at the reception for the warm welcome, smooth check-in process, and outstanding hospitality. He was always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any request. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the attention to detail is remarkable. We would especially like to thank Ahmed Mobark, who kept our room spotless every day. His work was excellent, and his positive attitude made our stay even more pleasant. The restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food, and the dessert café became one of our favorite places. The pastries were amazing, and the coffee was simply outstanding. Special thanks to the best barista, Mohamed Ibrahim, for consistently preparing excellent coffee and always greeting guests with a smile. The entire hotel team works hard to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful grounds, excellent service, delicious food, and genuine hospitality made this vacation truly memorable. Fantastic resort too much to do really and always amazed with new findings for the day; great and easy access to the beach, great host, the 24hrs sweet restaurant was a plus and the. 4 different restaurants was a nice touch, drinks and water always refilled in rooms was excellent. Water park was fun, so is the boat ride, tricycle etc

Despite the vast area of the hotel and the huge number of rooms, the hotel is perfectly maintained. In one year, I visited the hotel three times!!!! And each time I notice some significant improvement. The renovated kids pool, the brilliant idea of having a whole restaurant dedicated just to desserts and tea/coffee. The fact that there are at least 3 main restaurants working simultaneously ensures you never have to crowd for food, chase tables. One might say that a hotel this size implies that you need to walk a great distance, but this isn’t an issue at all. Surprisingly everything is easily accessible.

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the grounds are well-maintained, and there is a pier for snorkeling.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort—truly one of the finest resort experiences I’ve had. Everything was simply outstanding. The food was exquisite: incredibly delicious, consistently available throughout the day, and impressively diverse, catering to every taste with remarkable quality. Dining here felt like a continuous culinary journey. The staff were beyond amazing—extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist. Any request was handled promptly and with a warm, welcoming attitude, which made the entire stay feel effortless and luxurious. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, featuring a dressing area that added a touch of convenience and elegance. The view was absolutely stunning, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. As for the activities, they were highly enjoyable and varied, ensuring there was always something fun to do. The beach was beautiful, wide, and very well-organized, offering multiple seating options—from comfortable beanbags to classic sun loungers—allowing guests to fully unwind in style. The marina, in particular, was a highlight—charming and perfect for a relaxing stroll. Overall, an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

Nice pools and loads for the kids to do. Nice of them to upgrade our room. staff really nice.

“I've been to many hotels in hurghada, but this is definitely my favourite”

Honestly from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We were bumped up to a family suite room for free as the 2 rooms we booked would have been far apart from eachother. We were given a whole.bkx of bottles nestle water because we had a baby with us. All,of the staff from the cleaners to the chefs were extremely polite and friendly. The food is lovely with grilled prawns, kufta etc but what surprised me was they have a bakery open all day until midnight. And the pastries are amazing quality. The beach was sandy with no rocks and the pools were all heated which was lovely. We asked to have a late checkout and was granted it for free :-) I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting again in the summer

“Great vacation at Dana Beach”

The resort is well maintained and preserved. The renovated rooms with seaview are fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is tasty. Having pizzas and pasta for the kids was great and the staff was fantastic. Hot water pools with water slides were top for the kids. Also has kids club although did not use a lot. The boat transfer between reception and the beach area through the internal lake by boat is a very cool way to 'comute' within the resort.
