We were delighted by the complimentary upgrade from deluxe rooms to elite rooms, as well as the thoughtful gift of free tickets to the Ruby and Ahmed Saad party at the front of the hotel which was on 28 May.Our stay at the resort was truly memorable. The rooms were wide. The beach was sandy and pristine, the swimming pools were well-maintained, and the restaurants offered excellent food quality with a wide variety of options. Every member of the staff demonstrated professionalism and genuine hospitality, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. The resort exceeded our expectations in every aspect, and I am pleased to rate it a perfect 10. Without hesitation, Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort will be the first choice for me and my family whenever we visit Hurghada.

The layout and size of this hotel was perfect for us. Right on the beach.

We found the hotel generally nice, but we missed food service between meals, especially between lunch and dinner. Other hotels we have stayed at offer poolside service with items like pizza, burgers, and similar snacks during these hours, which makes the stay more convenient and enjoya

Special thanks to Sayed Ibrahim, who made all our wishes true. A very nice, clean Hotel. There is nothing to complain about.

The staff was excellent, anything i asked for they solved and they were reaching out to me multiple times to make sure i was enjoying the stay.
