The staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved the variety of activities and food and food was available 24/7 and we loved their pastries. They also have a great Amusement park with no extra charges.

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception and housekeeping to the lifeguards. The resort is very clean and well-organized. You need to take a 5-minute shuttle bus to reach the beach, which was also clean. Special thanks to Mr. Michael at the reception when I needed to change my room because it wasn't suitable, he was incredibly helpful. I also want to thank Mr. Fathy, the lifeguards, and the housekeeping team for room 6515. The food was very good and tasty, and the bakery restaurant was great. I hope to come back soon next time.

“CANT WAIT TO BE BACK!!!!!”

everything was so nice and clean and the food was so so delicious and clean! no issues with belly. the facilities here and endless after 7 nights we still have not seen jt all. the staff here are all amazing and so so friendly and help you straight away. the catering team was amazing especially mahmoud he would always make sure we have enough food and drinks. the room would get cleaned daily and was spotless. the slides were so much fun too. the receptionists were amazing especially khaled he went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

Fantastic hotel staff never stop always happy to help with anything if they can the manager checked in via WhatsApp to see if everything was ok and if he could help with anything which was nice .Food was lovely our favourite is L asiatque restaurant love the food in there.We spent our time at the adults only rooftop pool and bar area day and night we loved it up there and the staff were fantastic.We also like how you can use all 3 hotels restaurants and pools my family were staying in Aqua which meant we could meet up with them .Our room was lovely ,modern and very clean .The running track is nice to have went for a run most mornings which I don’t normally on holiday but I really enjoyed it .Theres lots to do between all 3 hotel’s activities,sports .We will definitely be back looking at booking for October

The place is fabulous, lots of pools and restaurants 😁. Food is amazing. I loved the cafe/bakery. ALL the staff are so friendly and efficient and professional from the Amination Team, Gardeners, Waiting Staff, Room Attendants. Thanks Aly at reception for looking after us. We hope to be back again

“Our visits to other Hotels were better and pleasant .”

It was normal , but food was not up to our expectations ! Arrangement of pool seating staff was not helpful . Pool heating was not under control . Pool needs further cleaning and maintenance. Below standard .
