A great place for kids and families, lots of entertainment options for kids including several aqua parks and an amusement park. They also offer several restaurants with good quality food including an evening open buffet just for desserts which was great.

The building we stayed in did not have a ramp for wheelchair / baby stroller.

Amazing hotel with funny aquapark, lots of restaurant, food is delicious and safe, because they have special safety certificate for food, high standarts and requirements for food safety. Our kid really enjoyed playing in aquapark and swimming in child friendly pools. The staff is really polite and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is not by the sea, You need to take a hotel bus, which goes every 15 min, so it was not a problem. Animation team works super good, especially at evening programs.

The property is fantastic and very accommodating. The staff are brilliant. The food is 11 out of 10 spectacular the waterslides are brilliant and a lifeguards are very professional. The waiters at the bar in the evenings are brilliant shout out to Big Mo what do you know? Woo hoo Bacardi breeze what a geezer also big shout out to Big Taha at the front desk 12 out of 10 professionalism what a fantastic hotel and what a fantastic stay honestly I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This resort is amazing. We enjoyed our short stay. Facilities are lovely. Special thanks to Anna for assisting us to navigate and plan our day around the resort. The bakery was lovely. We cant get over the desserts and my kids loved the chocolate fountain. The fresh fruit juice and fresh fruit station for breakfast was amazing. Would love to return someday.

We had a brilliant stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort and would happily return. We travelled as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children), and it was a fantastic choice for both kids and adults. Rooms: Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and we always came back to a tidy, comfortable space. It worked really well for a family our size. Breakfast & Dinner: The food was very good overall, with plenty of variety at both breakfast and dinner. As a vegetarian, I was really pleased to find there were always several good options available, which isn’t always guaranteed when travelling. The kids also had lots to choose from, so mealtimes were easy and stress-free for us. Animation Team & Activities: The animation team were absolutely brilliant. They made a huge effort with the children and kept them entertained with fun activities throughout the day, but they were also great with adults—friendly, energetic, and never pushy. They really added to the overall atmosphere of the resort. Overall Experience: The whole stay felt well organised, relaxed, and family-friendly. The facilities are excellent, especially for children, and there’s always something to do. The staff across the resort were welcoming and helpful, which made a big difference. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and easy-going stay in Hurghada.
