We had a wonderful stay in Alf Leila, room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and always willing to help. The waterparks and activities are superb. He orchestrated a flawlessly smooth check-in and immediately stepped up as our primary point of contact for the entire ten days. Ahmed went above and beyond to facilitate our day-to-day plans, offering brilliant recommendations and ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. A special thank you must also go to the Reception Manager, Mr. Amr, whose exceptional leadership and professionalism are clearly reflected in his outstanding front desk team. The sheer operational excellence of this resort is breathtaking. As someone who values meticulous attention to detail, I want to extend my deepest appreciation to the General Manager, Mr. Mohamed Youssef. It takes true dedication to maintain such high standards across the board, and his personal care for the smallest details elevates the entire resort. Mr. Youssef’s passion for the guest experience truly shines in the wonderful entertainment programs he creates. The brand-new Neverland Show was the absolute highlight of our evenings. The creative vision behind the segments was phenomenal—the beautiful tribute to Egyptian Pharaonic history resonated deeply with my personal appreciation for our rich aesthetic heritage. From that majestic opening, the seamless transition into brilliant disco nostalgia and an electrifying Michael Jackson segment was pure genius. It had absolutely everyone in the crowd on their feet, dancing and smiling to the max! To the entire team at Neverland Hurghada: thank you for a flawless, vibrant, and perfectly managed vacation. “Memorable Family Holiday at Alf Leila Wa Leila”

This was our second stay within the Neverland Hotels group, and once again we had a wonderful experience. Alf Leila Wa Leila is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and a fantastic atmosphere for families. My children had an amazing time enjoying all the activities available, especially the aqua park, football field, amusement area, and VR games. There was always something exciting to do, which made our vacation truly memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed Rashwan at the reception. He was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay and always went above and beyond within his capacity to assist us. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to guest satisfaction made a significant difference to our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to Alf Leila Wa Leila hotel again in the future.

“Lovely, especially for kids”

The hotel has a large territory and plenty of activities, which makes the stay very enjoyable. Since the beach is a bit far away, it is especially convenient that the shuttles run frequently. The food is good, maybe not “wow,” but there is enough variety and you can always have a satisfying meal. The room has all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. However, the biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the staff. We would especially like to thank Mkarios elia for helping us several times throughout our stay. We truly appreciate it, thank you very much ❤️

“The most amazing hotel to keep the family entertained all holiday no need to leave the resort! Amazing amount of fun wit”

Everything was spot on. Mokhtar Gamal the housekeeper (who is in the picture with my son) did a wonderful job everytime we entered our room with his special touches with housekeeping. It was our 10yr anniversary so he made it xtra special. He was extremely helpful making the stay comfortable for us. It’s the first time we haven’t had to leave the hotel on a holiday - you literally have everything under one roof. Ideal for families, aqua park is amazing the best I’ve ever seen, rides till late in night right outside my hotel room so kids entertained all day. VR room with free use of all games took it to another level. Shopping was great! Spa experience - one of the best messages ever! We also had a fantastic pedicure. Thank you to Fathema Amira Ebrahem Lily and all of the other staff.

“Enjoyable, memorable holiday”

The property is huge. I liked that I didn't have to plan anything. I could relax a bit from being a "hawkeye" as the lifeguards stood watched over my tween. The water park/slides are opened during the day, the carnival during the night. Breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner are all free with different options and restaurant types to select from. They had adult beverages that I could enjoy with dinner. My room was nice and right outside was a pool. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
