Avoid. Old facilities and poor hygiene — the floor was visibly dirty. Despite booking a rate for two people per room, the front desk forced me to pay USD 160 just because only one name could be added in Booking.com. They later even tried to charge another USD 80 at checkout for the same “occupancy” issue. Room type was also wrong (booked sea view, given pool view). Worst part: the manager Mohamed Salah was rude and intimidating, tried to make us sign an agreement not to leave a bad review in exchange for a buffet, and I felt targeted as an Asian guest. Extremely disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I would like to thank Nour in the reception she is very nice , and special thanks to the Front Office Manager Mr. Mina Gurgis He was extremely polite, professional, and attentive to every detail. Whatever we asked for was handled immediately, and he always answered our questions . Honestly, we would come back to this hotel again just because of his outstanding hospitality and the way he values and respects guests The room was spotless and very well maintained, extremely clean thanks to the housekeeping team. The waiters at the bars were really amazing, always smiling whether at the pool bar or the one next to the reception The only downside was the food. The buffet didnt offer much variety for either lunch or dinner and honestly also the available dishes didn’t taste great we didn’t enjoy it at all, I hope the hotel can improve this aspect in the future I gave a 10 rating only because of what I experienced from the team and I’ll just pretend I didn’t notice the food issue :D and we will definitely return mainly because of the excellent service :) Thank you all
