Excellent food, great location, and beautifully modern rooms with a boho style. There were so many activities to enjoy around the resort, and the entertainment was also very good. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended!

Overall, everything was fine and we had a pleasant stay. We had requested a double bed, but my husband and I were given two separate beds instead. Upon arrival, the reception area felt a bit chaotic, and the staff asked for payment even though the booking had already been fully paid through Booking. Early check-in was not available, but we were given wristbands and towels, which allowed us to start enjoying the facilities right away. There was little information provided about the available restaurants at check-in. Only after asking were we given a QR code where all the details could be found. The food was good and, compared to my previous experiences in Egypt, I was pleasantly surprised. On the downside, there were many rude Russian guests, sun loungers by the pool were already reserved as early as 6–7 a.m. despite the hotel stating this was not allowed, and some staff were overly persistent in offering extra hotel services. There was an option to use a red flag with the towels to indicate that you did not wish to be approached, but there were very few flags available.

There are many wonderful things about this place, but the room we got is terrible. The music plays until 1 am. Everything is heard in the room. There is no proper insulation in the room. Because of this, you can't rest. But not because there are no proper curtains. The sun shines through everything that is there. Our bed mattress in the room was so old and worn out that it had no support at all. It's about 10 years old. Everything hurt in the morning. At another hotel that cost half as much, there were no such problems, but for this price I can't stand that everything in the room is so poor. In the dining room one night it was so hot that you could suffocate, as if the air conditioning wasn't working. The service is very slow and you have to go there constantly to get your drink. Many times the waiter didn't come on the beach or at the meal to ask what we wanted. We thought there would be at least one place where good music was playing all day, but there wasn't. According to the TV commercial, there would be music on the beach from 12-17, but there was none of that for 4 days. We received almost no care or attention. Many servers were grumpy The glasses were very dirty in most cases. The beach and the water are swampy and muddy, there are a lot of jellyfish and garbage in it. Because of this, we couldn't really go in. The water slides were also barely usable because they were repaired several times. The pools are dirty and not chlorinated. The food here is the best in Egypt and the design is impressive.
