Beautiful, comfortable and well-located apartment, very close to the beach and directly by the pool. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small private garden, which is very enjoyable and gives a relaxing atmosphere to the place. The apartment is spacious, pleasant to stay in and ideal for families wanting to enjoy El Gouna quietly. Communication with the owner was easy and smooth throughout the stay. We had a very nice time there and would gladly come back.

Ground floor apartment right next to multiple pools. Also in touching distance of the beach with a few very nice beach restaurants. El Gouna also very safe and clean. And truly perfect for kite surfing. Communication was also impeccable.

The place was spotlessly clean and very close to the beach. Wonderful view over the pool and close enough to most services by foot. Special thanks to the owner, Mr. Medhat, for such a welcoming attitude. Thanks also to the property manager Mr. Michael for providing such a wonderful service and being super helpful with alot of requests from us. Definitely a highly recommended destination. The property doesn't provide breakfast. However all facilities were there .very nice and clean place. Host is very responsive and respectful. Would love to go again. to a great extent pictures were accurate and matching.

I love Egypt, but truly, I've never seen such a high standard furnished apartment for rent! Every single thing was excellent: cleanliness, the very comfortable beds, the views of the swimming pool, sea , and at the top, the care, patience, and generosity of Mr. Medhat, who was kind enough to be with us in every step even to help us with the arrangements of our pickup and dropping to and from the residence, which was an excellent choice, it's cleanliness vibes, positive energy, the beautiful lovely and lively beach, the huge clean swimming pools, the beach club where we enjoyed the music and the food, also the proximity of the location to all attractions, the marina and the activities, regardless to mention the high security and very sweet polite staff, we enjoyed literally every thing!
