Beautiful apartment with all needed items and accessories, friendly environment with quite and comfortable surrounding, clean and well organized pool and nice, close, very good beach the apartment is close to the downtown &marina for night events, Mrs.Tea was very supportive, co operative and helpful during our stay with support on time, we enjoyed our stay and was very good experience for us

“Great location, lovely apartment”
The apartment is ideally situated a couple of minutes away from central / downtown Gouna; despite its central location, it was very quiet. The compound is small and friendly, and the flat is clean, comfortable, and simple yet well equipped. Each block has a private pool and the apartment has its private beach a few minutes away. Tea was an exemplary host, responding quickly ro all requests; and the housekeeper went above and beyond in welcoming us and generally making sure we were looked after. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Gouna.

We had a great stay! The location is very convenient, and the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable. The host was incredibly supportive—extra kudos for that! Our whole family was happy with the experience, and the evening swims in the pool were a real bonus. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at the apartment was great. The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. The host was very friendly and always available for any question. Overall, a great experiance, and we would definitely stay here again.

First of all Ms.Tea was a great host and made our stay easy and smooth as much as possible , helped us alot with every detail in the appartment and how to move in the area.The appartment is fully equipped with everything you need and working perfectly. The appartment location is outstanding and 10 mins from the Marina or Downtown.

“All you need and more - perfect home in Gouna.”
The communication with Tea, the owner, was super friendly, immediate and extremely helpful. Key collection was the most easy, as the keys are present at the location. The property itself is great value for money, it is a beautiful apartment, super clean, with all facilities present, modern and in top shape. There were even snacks and water left for us upon arrival. I can only recommend Tea's place to anyone, will definitely use it again ! Thanks for all the help and for the perfect stay.
