The staff tried to help us with our issue as best they could. They changed all of our sheets and gave us a candle to hide the smell.

We booked this property late due to missing a flight connection at IAH. Checkin in was a breeze, we got a room on the bottom floor. Cleanliness was perfect! The sheets crisp, floor clean, nice towels, air conditioning a life saver.

Close to the airport. Traditional older style motel. Huge room. Friendly reception. Spotlessly clean and good coffee!

The communication was not fluid. I think that maybe I have stress.

Turned up at hotel and unfortunately the hotel was out of commission as there had been a hurricane a week or so before . Ok I understand they had no power and that it could not be helped - I had no problem with that but maybe booking . com could of let us know I mean they send lots and I mean lots of emails to you once you have a booking . The attitude from the guy who was at the office was rude and pretty unhelpful .

We had an issue with the fridge on defrost mode and lots of water in it when we arrived, the man came and sorted it right away which was great and these things can happen anywhere you stay, so more of a positive than a negative. Free car parking. The staff kept the building clean, they were out emptying bins at 5am.

Check in was simple and fast, no problems! Atmosphere was quiet, no loud noises.
