“Worst hotel I have ever seen”

Didn’t stay there. There were homeless people sleeping out front and what looked like hookers meeting up with people and drug deals. I have a toddler and was definitely not comfortable staying at this location and would not recommend this chain to my worst enemy. I will not be back.

Sketchy area, locks on the room door didn't work, crackheads roaming the parking lot, room reeked of cigarettes, building is falling apart (concrete balcony on second floor is due to collapse any minute), fingernail markes on the floor by the bed, no service or wifi in the rooms.

For the price you get exactly what you pay for. Sheets and towels were clean. room is big. bathroom was clean.

When I arrived the person at the desk told je my payment did not go through and made me try with no success reach out to booking.com. I explained this was a prepaid reservation and the credit card on file was a virtual credit card provided by booking.com which he did not listen. After several attempts to get him to call booking.com he finally checked me in with no apology. The 1st room had no closet to hang my belongings in. The 2nd room had no fire detector the toilet tank top had half of the top broken off where you could see the water that was black the refrigerator leaked all over the floor and did not work as well as the entire door was dented and had rust all over it. There were no ceiling lights that worked except the bathroom lights inside of the open cabinets had not been cleaned for ever there was dirt and dust 3 inches deep. There was no room phone no TV remote when I got to the room and when I went back to the desk asking when they could replace the light bulbs so there could be more light I was told they couldn't to that that they had 1 maintenance guy and he didn't have time. This was the worst hotel experience in my life I have never seen anything like this place and will never use booking.com ever. I lost money since I felt unsafe there no fire detector in the room no light it was a nightmare I did contact the Humble fire Marshall office to report the safety issues and fire Hazzard at this hotel. Why booking.com would advertise a hotel like this is crazy and you should take this hotel off your website and refund my money since I had to go to another hotel that was safe clean and had lights and fire detector.
