Hotel is close to the Airport. Free shuttle is offered but limited. Deerbrook Mall within walking distance.

“Liars!”
I booked and paid online and arrived at the hotel with my twin 12 year old girls. We arrived late as I requested after 10pm, we had just left a 75th birthday party nearby. When we walked into the lobby a large heavy set lady with scabs on her body and glasses? was on the phone. When she finally got off the phone we were told to come back because the system was down/updating I don’t remember exactly how she described it but she said she could not check us in for at least an hour or two!!! I was extremely upset and told her we would just drive back home an hour away….upon filing a complaint the hotel denied this ever happened and refused to refund me!!!!

“Great location and value for our overnight stay to catch a flight out of Houston.”
Did not have breakfast as we had a very early flight. Coffee was available so that was appreciated.
