I didn’t like that they start serving breakfast at 6:00 when I got to leave at 5:00 to work, so I think they got to start earlier serving breakfast

The stay was exactly what it looked like it was going to be from pictures! I would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff and exceptional room.

Unclean and filthy

Stains on floors. Ripped comforter, cable was out, elevator button dangerous broken, elevators not work, living room lamp had no bulbs, large white stains on lobby chairs and downstairs carpet. Icould go on. Breakfast was great, all from the desk ppl were excellent.

The hotel is located very near the Bush International airpot. Breakfast offered a variety of diary products an cereals, all in the small plastic packages. Limited offer of fruits, (only apples and oranges... no bananas or other). The room was clean and large.

The receptionist is very nice.

The staff was nice. They gave me another room. I don’t like to complain but it was that bad.

Staff was very friendly and switched our room because the A/C in our first room did not work properly. Great location close to Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Air conditioning was not functioning and there was no other room available because hotel was over booked. I called all evening friday for assistance, and maintenance. Gentleman working alone stated he was working alone and would try to reach someone on call to fix AC. Nobody ever came to fix the AC. Called at 2am for help because it was so hot and we dud not feel well. I had elderly aunt and disabled child with me and it was unbearable and we were sweating all night and very uncomfortable. At 8am I was given another room key to move but their was a group of men still in there when I opened the door and this made me very uncomfortable and I apologized. I went back downstairs and it was another person at desk and she stated she did not have an availableroom and to check back at 11. I went down at 10:30 because we were all sweating and feeling dizzy. They stated there was still no rooms available and there wouldn't be one at 11 but to check back in a few hours. At that time I left with all my bags and returned room key. I put bags in car and she asked for me to check back in a few hours I returned at 3 and there was still no rooms available and she stated she couldn't guarantee that there would be one available that evening with a functioning AC. Receptionist stated that even though I checked out a day early that i was still billed the full amount. I was very disappointed and I had to book with another hotel and it was very pricey since it was last minute. Also forgot to mentioned, no towels, no working hair dryer and no iron in room.
