Reception staff was slow and rather unfriendly. I booked a room with breakfast included, but was nevertheless charged breakfast on top of the rate, which was supposed to include breakfast as per my Booking confirmation. I thought that was rather odd, and there was no attempt to understand or even verify.

Location, quietness, friendliness from the staff, & Breakfast. Dinner can be better especially for warmer meals. Like potatoes not only frites, there is less variety to choose from.

We love our room even not perfectly The bed n pillow so good The view is magnificent The breakfast menu is good, the lady in breakfast restaurant is so lovely n helpful (when I ask the lactose free milk, she looking for it and bring it to me, looove her so much, sent regards to her)
