“Tired but great views”
A mixed experience. Make sure you contact the concierge before arrival or you'll be waiting outside for an unknown amount of time. On arrival we found mop bucket, laundry bags and broken pieces of wood in the property. The front door handle fell off on arrival. Beds are not made. First impressions were really poor. BUT the apartment is in a lovely part of town with incredible views. It's warm and the shower is great. I know Wellkeys will respond with a polite note but they really need to act on feedback - the property is tired and key collection arrangement is not effective.
